讲的是一家三口为了修复家庭感情而搬家，但是却搬进了黑历史多多的凶宅。这个凶宅里有一些鬼魂――之前死（冤死或含恨而死）在房子里，被困在里面不能出去的鬼魂经过一系列可怕的事之后，最后一家三口都挂掉了男主是想离开的时候，被几个鬼魂杀死并伪装成自杀的样子女主是生产的时候大出血而死，女儿是自杀而女主生的孩子，一个是恶魔，被隔壁邻居tate的麻麻收养了另外一个孩子死了，但这个孩子的鬼魂还在，一开始被这个凶宅的第一任女主人（莉莉拉贝演的）收养，后来还是交给女主照料这一家三口为了不让凶宅再害人，而吓走了新搬来的另外一家人最后的最后就是已经成为鬼魂的一家三口幸福的在过节（记得应该是圣诞节）门外是tate和男主的小三，当然这两只也都是鬼魂
